Our kitchen
Our kitchen is led by chef Quentin Guesdon, a passionate talent who discovered his love for cooking from a young age. Hailing from the south of France, Quentin began his culinary journey at the prestigious INFA Foundation in Gouvieux. He honed his skills under renowned chefs such as Yannick Alléno and Christian Sinicropi, playing a key role in launching the Joël Robuchon restaurant in Saint-Barthélémy.
Quentin’s dynamic approach highlights the richness of French cuisine, skillfully preparing gourmet dishes that celebrate the finest meats and local products. At le Ti, cooking is an art. Our chef selects the best ingredients to create dishes that are not only rich in flavor but also visually stunning.
